Dashboard
The system provides a control panel (dashboard) for each department, in addition to a company-wide dashboard, to simplify complex data, requiring minimal experience or training. This enables management to make quick and efficient decisions, identify risks faster, allowing for easy handling in real-time, and improving productivity and profitability.
What about (WBS)?
(The Professional Contracting System) comes with ready-made definitions for more than (52,000) (work items/tasks) divided into (48 divisions) (according to the global division), which means your ability to work on the system directly from day one! Despite that, you can start registering your own Work Breakdown Structure with an unlimited number of levels and up to 14 digits. We provide you with great flexibility in a flexible and easy design even for the largest and most complex projects.
You can define the details for each item/task (materials required to implement the item, quantities, values/labor required, number of hours expected for implementation, value/resources required, number of hours, value/expected waste/value of work for subcontractors/...etc.), which gives you complete flexibility in designing a suitable design for you... In addition to that, the timetable, the definition of the competent employee, and the sequence of tasks carried out, all of this is done with tools that are easy to use and do not require a lot of experience or training.
Do you provide connectivity with (Microsoft Project /Primavera...)? What about (Excel)?
No need to wait; you can start working on the system right away. It is designed to be user-friendly and save you a lot of time. If you are still using Excel files, you can, with a click, drag and drop your current file or tender file into the system. The system will automatically create your Work Breakdown Structure for this project without the need to wait.
Of course, if you are using specialized software like Microsoft Project or Primavera, you can not only transfer the Work Breakdown Structure directly to the system but also all other attached files!
What about (Cost Estimate and Budget)?
The system allows recording the preliminary study (Dry Cost) for the project, serving as a detailed budget for all items in the project. The system will provide reports ensuring real-time project monitoring and a comparison between what was recorded in the project study for each item's details as an expected cost and the actual cost. This means that every purchase order, expense request, etc., will not be executed without a review against what was recorded in the preliminary study. Also, no subcontracting contract will be registered with a value exceeding what was recorded in the Cost Estimate & Budget. Notifications will be sent to the project manager through the mobile app, email, or an automated WhatsApp message from the system to obtain approval (and approval from others according to the permissions in the project's document workflow). The same process applies to labor and asset movement between sites, ensuring that we stay within the predefined cost scope.
What about stores, purchases and...?
From the very beginning, the system has been designed as a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, covering intricate details such as accounts, warehouses, purchases, suppliers, projects, fixed assets, taxes, customers, customer relationship management, archives, budgeting, cash flows, cost centers, attendance and leave, employee data, salaries, loans, deductions, organizational structure, commitments, employee expenses, employee evaluations, vehicles, travel tickets, end of service, vacation planning, task management, document workflow, email, text messages (SMS), online chat, and dashboard control.
What about Chatbot, Whatsapp...?
The system integrates advanced information technology tools, including a Chatbot for customer communication and query resolution. It enables message notifications via email, text messages, and WhatsApp, enhancing the user experience. The system is linked with the company's bank, facilitating call recording for sales team follow-ups through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
